When: Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:15am
Where: Kaiser Fellowship Center
What: Join us for a chance to learn and grow together! We have a variety of different topics that we cover from traditional Bible studies to current events and their intersection with our faith. Bring your voice and an open mind for this fabulous time of study.
What: A meeting for communal work and/or amusement or a prayer, a favor,
or to join with neighbors to help a neighbor in need.
Where: In the Kaiser Fellowship Center at ULC.
When: Tuesdays from 11:30-1:30
Most participents bring something to have for lunch while we meet.
Each week, after the devotion, time is spent exploring and discussing books that are of interest to the group.
Check out the new basket of books in the UELC library. The basket contains books that you can borrowed written by Jack Saarela and other books on current topics. Sometimes we prepare homeless goodie bags, plan menus and make decorations for special church functions.
Come and see and have fun!
Lutherans in Fellowship together (LIFT)
What: Our Goal of (LIFT) Lutherans in Fellowship Together is twofold:
1. Fellowship among church members beyond what is feasible on Sunday mornings.
2. Education of church members in a variety of subjects ranging from social and community service opportunities, university life, volunteer and travel experiences as well as personal spiritual, physical, and emotional health and safety.
When: 12 noon-1:30. Third Thursday of the month. A shared pot luck lunch precedes the program.
Our LIFT potluck lunch always starts at noon.
Where: In the Kaiser Center at University Evangelical Lutheran Church
Every Wednesday at 10:30am a group of us meet on Zoom for a time of fellowship and prayer. We have a short time of devotion followed by lifting up individual prayer concerns. In addition to the prayers of those gathered, we also spend time lifting up the needs of the church and the world.
We would love to have you join us!
